Based in Palladium’s Arlington, VA office with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home), the role partners with project teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Palladium is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Accounting to play a critical role in supporting the financial integrity and operational success of the Americas Region. This position offers an opportunity to work across a broad range of accounting functions, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, month-end close, payroll accounting, audit support, and financial compliance. The successful candidate will partner closely with project teams, regional leadership, and corporate stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The position is based in Palladium’s Arlington, VA office within our Americas region. Candidates must have current US work authorization as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time. Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
The full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $74,000 to $78,000. Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium’s business or organizational needs.
The Senior Associate, Financial Accounting is responsible for supporting general ledger activities and financial accounting operations across the Americas Region. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supports monthly close activities, and provides operational and audit support across multiple finance functions.
