RMI is seeking a Senior Associate to develop and execute its European industrial clusters and trade corridors portfolio. The role involves analytical research, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis and project delivery across Europe, with travel across the region.

Based in Germany, you will work with CAI and regional teams to identify high-impact clusters, engage with policy makers and industry partners, and help design evidence-based insights and workshops for impactful outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in engineering, economics, public policy, environmental sciences, business, sustainability or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of European climate, energy and industrial policy.
• Experience conducting research and translating technical analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of European industrial clusters strategy.
• Conduct market, techno-economic and policy analysis.
• Analyze policy frameworks and translate findings into recommendations.
• Engage with the European Commission, governments, industry associations and development partners.
• Develop insights, reports and presentations.
• Design and facilitate workshops and multi-stakeholder convenings.
• Build and maintain partnerships across industry, government and NGOs.
• Develop project workplans and coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent RMI at conferences and policy forums in Europe.
