Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, investment performance, risk analysis or related field.
• Experience in an investment management environment preferred.
• Familiarity with investment research, portfolio analysis, and market data platforms.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, evestment, Morningstar, Factset, Bloomberg, and Advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate complex investment data into clear findings and practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equity portfolios to identify performance drivers, positioning, risk exposures and market developments.
• Evaluate returns, attribution, factor exposures and portfolio characteristics against benchmarks.
• Partner with portfolio managers to support discussions and portfolio construction.
• Build and improve analytical models, reporting tools and dashboards across strategies.
• Develop expertise in assigned portfolios including holdings, constraints and risk sources.
• Prepare clear presentations and analytical materials for investment teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute research to product initiatives, investor reporting and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate across analytics, risk and performance reporting to maintain consistent methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and improve reporting processes.
