The mission of the Safety Surveillance & Collaboration (SS&C) team within CVS Healthspire Life Sciences Solutions (LSS), is to actively monitor the US public health in collaboration with Food and Drug Administration (FDA), academic institutions, and other collaborators. The SS&C team conducts descriptive research, medical chart review validations, and pragmatic research using the Real-World Data tools, including Common Data Models (CDMs).
The Senior Associate Epidemiologist / Senior Decision Scientist will play a strategic role in advancing research programs and expanding collaborative scientific initiatives. In addition to supporting real-world evidence generation and complex data analyses, this individual will identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, research consortia, foundations, and other non-commercial organizations. The role will lead efforts to evaluate emerging research opportunities, identify potential grant-funded collaborations, and position LSS as a valuable research partner and subcontractor in externally funded projects. The successful candidate will help identify evidence gaps that can be addressed through SS&C's unique data assets, epidemiologic expertise, and analytic capabilities.

The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
