Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate/ transactional experience.
• Commercial, solutions-oriented approach to advising clients.
• Experience advising on private equity, joint ventures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through major stages of their business lifecycle, including private equity investments, joint ventures, and business combinations.
• Structure, negotiate and close sophisticated corporate transactions for clients.
• Provide direct interaction with clients and senior decision-makers.
