You will develop and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate donors and foundations, prepare proposals, and maintain donor records while collaborating with leadership and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of fundraising experience required.
• Experience managing major gift donor portfolios.
• Ability to develop and implement fundraising plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals and foundations.
• Develop fundraising plans to meet defined revenue and activity goals.
• Prepare proposals and maintain accurate donor records.
• Collaborate with leadership and volunteers to strengthen donor engagement.
• Travel 20–30% and support Midwest philanthropy efforts.
