Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Project Manager, Manufacturing Network Strategy to lead complex supply chain changes from concept through execution.

You will drive cross-divisional alignment, manage detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery against objectives. The role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety to navigate regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years' combined and diverse experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Technology, Regulatory, or Procurement with a record of solid achievements.
• Preferred experience includes product source changes, change control, and working with Global Regulatory teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own detailed project plans for complex supply chain changes using standard tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end delivery of projects with global impact.
• Define business requirements, validation and inventory transition plans for new supply sources.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
