Job summary

The University of Michigan is seeking an Associate Director of Business Administration for the Office of Enrollment Management. You will manage OEM's financial, budgetary, and facilities support services, acting as a resource on policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Operations, you will lead budget processes, ensure timely reports, oversee procurement and internal controls, and partner with HR to fund staffing and strategic initiatives, all within a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and five years in an administrative role.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Experience producing management-level analyses and executive reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced org.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day OEM business administration.
• Develop annual OEM budgets and support budget requests.
• Manage financial reporting, projections, and staffing plans.
• Ensure policy compliance and advise on financial operations.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Provide procurement guidance and review reimbursements.
• Collaborate with HR to fund staffing plans.
• Lead internal controls and risk management.
• Support OEM leadership with strategic planning.
