Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Data Management in San Diego with remote options. The role oversees start-up and execution of multiple trials with CROs or in‑house, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead data management in development programs, drive timelines, supervise vendors, and ensure data integrity for publications and submissions, with travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field required; equivalent combo with experience considered.
• 8+ years of direct Data Management experience.
• Experience managing outsourced studies and CROs preferred.
• Strong communication, time management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management deliverables within development programs and supervise related activities.
• Develop and execute DM timelines and participate in studies with CROs or in-house.
• Lead audits and regulatory inspections related to data management.
• Act as DM lead in Study Management Team meetings and vendor oversight.
• Ensure data quality, resolve data discrepancies, and support protocol deviations review.
• Guide SOPs, data management documentation, and data integration across platforms.
