Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Director, Data Management to lead the DM program and ensure data quality across trials. You will guide CROs and in-house teams, drive timelines, and support regulatory submissions using CDASH/SDTM standards.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and the ability to work across functions with minimal supervision. Occasional travel (~10%) and on-site presence in San Diego are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field.
• 8+ years of direct Data Management experience.
• Experience in managing outsourced studies and CRO/vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of CDASH/SDTM standards and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management deliverables within development programs.
• Oversee start-up and execution of trials with CROs or in-house.
• Manage timelines, audits, and regulatory inspections for DM.
• Provide guidance on SOPs, study protocols, and data management docs.
