Job summary

Collaborating with Regulatory, Research, Biometrics, Medical Writing, and Program teams, you will drive risk assessment, scenario planning, and timely decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with at least 4 years in project management for R&D or clinical development.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-study timelines.
• PMI/PMI-P certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain departmental timelines across Clinical Ops and Clinical Pharmacology.
• Build Smartsheet solutions including schedules, dashboards, and baselines.
• Translate strategies into executable plans with milestones and critical path.
• Partner with program managers to align functional plans with program timelines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive recovery planning.
• Provide dashboards and status updates to leaders and governance teams.
