Job summary

FourFound is partnering with a leading independent investment bank building its Digital Infrastructure team in New York. The role focuses on leading day-to-day M&A execution, ownership of financial modelling and transaction analysis, and managing diligence and materials while working with senior bankers and clients.

Candidates should have strong M&A/advisory experience, with sell-side exposure valued; Digital Infrastructure/Telecom/TMT knowledge is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong M&A/advisory execution experience.
• Proficient in financial modelling, valuation and deal analysis.
• Experience in sell-side/buy-side processes and diligence.

The team advises across M&A and strategic transactions spanning Data Centers, AI Infrastructure, Fiber, Telecom, Towers, Broadband and wider Digital Infrastructure.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day execution across M&A & advisory transactions
• Own financial modelling, valuation & transaction analysis
• Manage sell-side/buy-side processes, diligence & transaction materials
• Work directly with senior bankers, clients & financial sponsors
• Support Analysts and take increasing ownership of deal execution
• Experienced Investment Banking Associate
• Strong M&A / advisory execution experience
• Sell-side experience highly attractive
• Digital Infrastructure / Telecom / TMT experience is a plus, not essential
• Candidates from adjacent M&A coverage teams will be considered
