Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of management experience within a complex organization.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external entities.
• Experience developing and implementing organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational strategy and decision-making guidance for operations, policy development, and external relations.
• Lead divisional leadership efforts and coordinate with geography and operations units.
• Foster and manage partnerships with UW–Madison leadership and external stakeholders.
• Oversee budget management and diversification of funding sources.
• Supervise division staff and ensure efficient program delivery across Extension.
• Represent the division in internal and external committees and initiatives.
