Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent earned doctorate in a CHES-relevant discipline.
• Tenured professor with strong record in teaching, scholarship, and service.
• Proven leadership and administrative experience at college level.

Responsibilities

• Lead faculty promotion, tenure, reappointment, and evaluation processes.
• Guide faculty and chairs on advancement, workload, and policy.
• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, startup, retention, and recognition.
• Coordinate governance, committee appointments, and leadership development.
• Advise Dean on operations, policy, and priorities.
• Represent the college on university committees and task forces.
• Foster collaboration across departments and units.
