Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Associate - Data Analytics with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
within the US Healthcare industry. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills to
drive data-driven decision-making in areas like denials management, collections, write-os, A/R
(Accounts Receivable), and reimbursement trends. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Power
BI/Tableau/QuickSight, ELT processes, and cloud-based data solutions while also possessing team
management, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze denial patterns, payer behavior, reimbursement trends, and collection efficiency to
improve financial performance.
Provide root cause analysis for denials, underpayments, and delays in claims processing.
Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI/ Quick Sight focused on denials, collections, A/R
aging, write-offs, bad debt, payment posting, and reimbursement rates.
Identify opportunities to streamline RCM workflows through process automation and predictive
analytics.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring smooth execution of analytics
solutions
Understand and analyze business metrics, extract relevant data, and create insightful visualizations
in Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.
Convert and enhance existing Excel dashboards into Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight, ensuring
accuracy, eiciency, and improved user experience.
Work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources (AWS Redshift, Oracle, S3, SageMaker,
Excel, etc.) to extract actionable insights.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to improve data
processing.
Identify, analyze, and correct data anomalies by reviewing reports, extracts, and performance
indicators.
Work with various data sources, including Oracle, AWS Redshift, S3, Sage Maker, Excel
spreadsheets, copybooks, and Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand dashboard and reporting
requirements.
Provide recommendations for the design and implementation of data collection systems, analytics
solutions, and strategic initiatives to enhance eiciency, improve quality, and align with business
objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements by analyzing existing workflows, recognizing
Excel/manual reports suitable for automation, and implementing automated solutions.
Prioritize business needs, translating them into data-driven insights and reports.
Provide recommendations for optimizing reporting processes and enhancing data visualization
techniques.
Responsible for regularly publishing scheduled reports and handling ad hoc reporting requests
from business leaders
Required Qualifications & Skills:
