Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant in Cyber within the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will support and execute operational projects across sectors, contributing to pre-deal and post-deal work with a cybersecurity and commercial focus.

You will travel to client sites as needed. Ideal candidates bring cyberscurity expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience in management consulting, with the ability to translate data into strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, business, engineering, computer science, or analytics with 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Expertise in at least 2 IT skillsets: cybersecurity, data privacy, AI security, enterprise risk management, identity/access management, security architecture.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects across diverse sectors for EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology – Cyber practice.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and value realization.
• Collaborate with client service teams to translate cybersecurity and technology insights into actionable deal recommendations.
