Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology - Cyber practice seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects across sectors, contributing to pre-deal and post-deal work including integration planning and value enhancement initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related field and approximately 2 years of related work experience, plus strong analytical skills and the ability to travel up to 80% to client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics; 2 years of related work experience or graduate degree with 18 months of related work experience.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges.
• Negotiation and influencing skills, strong relationships.
• Expertise in at least 2 IT skillsets: Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AI security, Enterprise risk management, IAM, Security Architecture.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% on short notice.
