Job summary

Western UnionSenior Associates in Customer Experience Technologies will implement data analytics requirements across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Quantum Metric to drive insights on user behavior and marketing performance.

You will design ETL pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources into Mparticle CDP, and collaborate with frontend teams to ensure data quality and compliant implementations across web and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field with 4+ years analytics/data integration experience.
• Experience with AdTech tools including MParticle and Quantum Metric.
• Strong front-end experience: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs.
• ETL/ELT tools like Talend and Matillion for data pipelines.
• Python data analysis using Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.

Responsibilities

• Implement data analytics requirements and tracking in analytics tools.
• Create and update schemas in data platforms and assign metadata to events.
• Build views and reports to analyze user behavior and optimize marketing spend.
• Develop ETL pipelines for data movement and warehouse readiness.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate SDKs and ensure data quality.
