What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and provide exceptional customer support
- Execute onboarding and training processes for new clients
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent engagement
- Track and document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution for continuous improvement
- Lead virtual setup for quick-turn research projects and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or retail solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to address customer issues
- Ability to contribute to a culture of camaraderie, recognition, and innovation
