Jobot is seeking an experienced senior litigator to join its Wilmington office at the Senior Associate or Counsel level. This role centers on leading complex commercial litigation within a national practice, with direct client management and mentorship responsibilities from day one.

The successful candidate will bring Delaware Court of Chancery expertise, strong research, writing, and deposition skills, and a proven ability to work with partners on strategy and execution in a demanding, top-tier

Competenze

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with substantial time in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Superior research and motion drafting skills.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Trial and/or trial preparation experience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Must be admitted to practice in Delaware.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Delaware practitioner to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, nationally recognized commercial litigation practice.

The Opportunity
