Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager to identify and develop strategic OEM partnerships, build compelling business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute opportunities across vehicle programs and sourcing initiatives.

You will prepare executive materials, negotiate agreements, and drive work-streams to completion while building strong relationships with external partners and internal leaders. Evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of automotive or related industry experience.
  • Ability to lead in ambiguous contexts and make decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support OEM partnerships from opportunity identification through execution.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across vehicle programs.
  • Build business cases and perform strategic/financial analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Planning, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, Program Management, Sales, and After Sales.
  • Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and decision documents.
  • Support partnership negotiations and development of definitive agreements.
  • Lead assigned work-streams and drive projects to completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external OEM partners and internal business leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and business recommendations.
  • Willingness to work a regular schedule that may include evening hours.

  • Build business cases and perform strategic and financial analysis to support partnership decisions.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Planning, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, Program Management, Sales, and After Sales.
  • Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and decision documents.
  • Support partnership negotiations and development of definitive agreements.
  • Lead assigned work‑streams and drive projects to completion while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external OEM partners and internal business leaders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an automotive or related industry.

  • Anticipate issues, evaluate potential solutions and distill complex problems efficiently.
  • Leverage sharp financial acumen and computer skills to perform fundamental financial modeling and analysis with ability to clearly and concisely convey messaging to various audiences.
