Qualifications

• JD and active Florida bar are required.
• 4–8+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience (insurance, financial services, or complex commercial preferred).
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil or commercial litigation matters from investigation through resolution.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and strategic motion practice in state and federal court.
• Work on class actions, commercial foreclosures, consumer-finance disputes, and related appellate matters.
• Advise institutional clients on case strategy and risk management.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial.
