Ares is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Structured Products Surveillance Team, focusing on U.S. private credit. The role emphasizes monitoring CLO portfolios, surveillance, reporting, analytics and risk management within Global Capital Solutions.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years in Private Credit or related areas. Strong CLO knowledge, detail orientation, and analytical communication are essential. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Private Credit or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of CLO mechanics and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Monitor private credit portfolios across CLO transactions and prepare surveillance reports.
• Reconcile trustee reports and payment date reports for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies across reporting sources and transaction data.
• Monitor OC tests, concentration limits, collateral quality tests and other requirements.
• Assist with new CLO issuances, refinancings, resets and amendments.
• Coordinate with legal, trustees, fund accounting, operations and rating agencies.
