Ares Management is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Capital Solutions team in Los Angeles, focusing on CLO surveillance. You will monitor CLO portfolios, produce reporting and analytics, and support financing activities across deal workflows.

You will coordinate documentation, respond to investor requests, and contribute to risk management through detailed analysis and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CLO portfolios and generate reports.
• Provide analytics and summary information for management.
