Weber Shandwick is seeking a curious, creative, and collaborative Senior Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role is on our Corporate and Public Affairs team, part of Weber Advisory—a unit delivering trusted, agile C-suite counsel by blending communications expertise with cultural insights to accelerate stakeholder and organizational value.
In this role, you will focus on executing communications, reputation management, and earned media strategies for high-profile corporate, advocacy, and public sector clients operating at the complex intersection of business, policy, media, and culture. You will be a vital engine for our account teams, driving projects forward from ideation to execution while developing a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives and headwinds they navigate.
This position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid schedule.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for organization, coupled with a deep interest in delivering an exceptional client experience. You are a fast learner and a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
