The Liquidity team specializes in financial products — non-recourse financing and secondary sales — for executives and employees at leading pre-IPO companies. We're a client-facing team that works closely with prospects, clients, and investors to guide them through complex private company equity decisions.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage up and wait for direction. We are looking for someone hungry and looking to learn. The Senior Associate who joins the team will have real ownership: over client relationships, over operational processes, and over how the Liquidity business continues to grow. You'll come in with the mindset that you will start contributing to business development from day one while also learning every aspect of our business from end-to-end by managing the operations.
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, the judgment to work through ambiguity, and the drive to take ownership across multiple workstreams. As a small, high-functioning team, everyone here wears many hats, and we want someone who thrives on that.
