Liquidity Manager, Americas (Fintech / FX Platform)

The Opportunity

Cleartech, the technical recruiting division of Clarity Recruiting, has partnered with a premier global Fintech firm and institutional Foreign Exchange (FX) platform provider to find a Liquidity

In this role, you will manage daily interactions with regional FX Market Makers (banks) and Takers (hedge funds). You will analyze trading data, manage tag/client mappings, and optimize the liquidity pool to ensure an optimal trading ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with early-career finance exposure to transition into a high-visibility, growth-oriented role in institutional fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Management: Partner with regional Market Makers and Takers to secure liquidity commitments and optimize flow monetization.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the first line of interaction for regional clients, promptly troubleshooting execution queries, platform operations, and performance KPIs.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales teams to drive platform engagement, identify potential clients, and support lead generation.
• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement localized strategies to drive business expansion tailored specifically to the Americas market.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Finance-related discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Liquidity Management, Capital Markets, or institutional fintech. Foundational knowledge of FX Spot and NDF markets is highly beneficial (comprehensive onboarding and mentorship will be provided).
• Skills: Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills with the polish required to interface confidently with institutional banks and hedge funds.
