Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Risk Management.
• At least 2 years conducting BIAs and dependency mapping (tech/app dependencies).
• At least 2 years using data analytics tools to analyze risk metrics and build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• BCP QA, BIAs & Dependency Mapping.
• Deliver BCP QA requirements via assessments and updates.
• Support BIAs across Banking & Premium Products to identify critical functions, RTOs and RPOs.
• Map end-to-end operational dependencies with IT/Infrastructure teams.
• Ensure alignment between recovery timeframes and DR capabilities, identify gaps.
