Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Associate in the Bank Risk Office to advance our Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience framework. You will partner with business, technology, and risk teams to perform deep-dive BIAs, map dependencies, and ensure the organization can prevent, adapt to, and recover from disruptions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Business Continuity Planning and BIAs.
• Ability to map dependencies and assess risks.
• Audit-ready documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• QA of Business Continuity Plan, BIAs, and dependency mapping.
• Support QA for annual BCP plan updates and sessions.
• Conduct BIAs across Banking & Premium Products to identify functions, RTOs and RPOs.
• Map end-to-end dependencies with IT and Infrastructure teams.
• Align recovery timeframes with Disaster Recovery capabilities and identify gaps.
