New York Life is seeking a Business Analyst to run foundational process discovery for policy administration and related operations. You will capture as-is processes, interview SMEs, and document workflows to enable modernization and system replacement.

You’ll work with product owners, technology partners, and business teams to articulate gaps, risks, and opportunities, building artifacts for architects, QA, and delivery leadership.

  • Produce structured artifacts (process maps, narratives, inventories) for tech teams.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
