Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager for Eggo Innovation in the United States. You will lead innovation, manage end-to-end product development, and collaborate across Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive growth and brand equity.

You will partner with Insights & Analytics to shape the innovation pipeline, monitor performance, and deliver compelling launch plans. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for breakfast categories.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, Eggo Innovation, the Senior Associate Brand Manager, Eggo Innovation is responsible for leading innovation and renovation initiatives that drive growth for the Eggo business. This role serves as a key member of the Eggo marketing team, helping shape the future of the brand through a robust pipeline of consumer-driven innovation. The Senior Associate Brand Manager leads cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop and commercialize new products, execute renovation initiatives, and deliver strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen brand equity, and drive profitability. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Innovation & Renovation Leadership – Lead the development and execution of innovation and renovation initiatives across the Eggo portfolio, including flavor line extensions, licensed and seasonal limited-time offerings, and product improvement programs.
• Product Development & Commercialization – Own the end-to-end product development process from concept through commercialization, leading projects through the Stage Gate process, developing winning packaging, and partnering with brand teams to deliver successful launch plans.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership – Lead and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of innovation initiatives, including facilitating weekly project reviews and managing monthly innovation planning processes.
• Consumer-Led Innovation Pipeline – Partner with Insights & Analytics to identify consumer needs, generate new ideas, and develop and test concepts that strengthen Eggo's future innovation pipeline.
• Innovation Performance & Business Reviews – Monitor innovation performance, provide actionable recommendations, and develop content and insights for business reviews and portfolio management discussions.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA valued.
• Marketing or related experience with a strong foundation in brand strategy, consumer insights, innovation, and product development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and achieve results without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation and the future of the breakfast category; experience supporting innovation initiatives or new product development preferred.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $101,120 to $132,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
