Kellanova is seeking a Manager, P&O Business Partner to drive performance and talent management across the Tasty & Wholesome portfolio, supporting brands like Eggo and Pop‑Tarts. You will lead workforce analytics, culture initiatives, and key people programs in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of People & Organization (P &O) for Tasty & Wholesome, the Manager, P &O Business Partner leads critical performance and talent management, culture and engagement, and people analytics initiatives across the Tasty & Wholesome business, supporting brands such as MorningStar Farms®, Eggo®, Rice Krispies Treats®, and Pop‑Tarts®, as well as the Better For You portfolio, including RXBAR®, Nutri‑Grain®, KIND®, Pure Organic®, and Kashi. A Taste Of What You Will Be Doing

• Workforce Analytics – Analyze workforce data and reporting insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing recommendations that support informed business and talent decisions.
• People Processes – Coordinate and support execution of key people processes, including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and other annual people programs.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Partner with leaders, associates, and P &O colleagues to ensure effective communication, process execution, and a consistent associate experience across businesses.
• Culture & Engagement – Contribute to culture, engagement, and change initiatives by helping design, organize, and execute activities that strengthen associate experience, team effectiveness, and organizational performance.
• Project Management – Manage and deliver key P &O projects and workstreams, tracking milestones, identifying issues, and supporting implementation of organizational and people-related initiatives.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Strong HR experience
• Experience executing talent and performance management initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and overall change management
• Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing demands and execute projects
• Demonstrated data analysis skills with a strong ability to translate findings into clear, compelling narrative for stakeholders

Compensation

The annual salary range is $101,120 - $132,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
