Amgen seeks a Senior Associate Manufacturing - Technical Training to develop and deliver training in upstream bulk drug substance manufacturing. The role focuses on implementing training programs, HOP philosophy, and quality initiatives across the ANC site to improve reliability, efficiency and agility.

The position requires a strong background in biologics manufacturing, training design, and cross-functional collaboration, with flexibility to cover 24/7 operations and multiple shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Biologics Drug Substance manufacturing background or investigations background.
• Experience in training development and facilitation.
• SOP writing and technical writing skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs for manufacturing teams.
• Support investigations and change controls.
• Deliver training across 24/7 operation coverage.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and content updates.
• Act as LMS Subject Matter Expert and trainer to staff.
