Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator

Position Overview

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office.

Responsibilities
  1. Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  2. Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest best automation practices.
  3. Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services, reporting issues to support teams.
  4. Identify and resolve infrastructural issues like firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
  5. Perform scheduled maintenance activities, including upgrades and patches.
Qualifications
  1. At least three years of recent experience with Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development practices.
  2. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  3. Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration is preferred.
  4. Knowledge of application testing, defect management, change/release management, and escalation processes.
  5. Certification in Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred or can be obtained within the first month.
  6. Knowledge of automation tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Ui Path) and SDLC is preferred.
  7. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
