Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest automation best practices.
• Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services, reporting issues as needed.
• Identify and resolve infrastructural issues such as firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities, including upgrades and patching.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent experience with Windows Server OS support, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, and MS tools.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with application testing, defect management, change/release management, and escalation processes.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred or can be obtained within the first month.
• Knowledge of automation solutions and tools like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, with SDLC experience is preferred.
