CyberCoders, Inc. seeks an Associate Attorney for a partnership-track role in the Greater Boston area. The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and brings 5+ years of legal experience across relevant practice areas.

You will manage a diverse caseload, develop client relationships, generate new business, and collaborate across groups. The firm offers a $90,000-$120,000 total compensation package with performance bonuses, leadership opportunities, and a flexible work

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Massachusetts Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage client matters.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Nice to have: Social Media/Marketing experience - the firm would like to revamp their website eventually and develop a stronger social media/online presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients on complex legal matters and develop strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with other attorneys across practice groups.
• Participate in networking, referral development, and community engagement activities.
