Job summary

Ansell.Law | Ansell Grimm & Aaron, P.C. in New Jersey seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Attorney to join our respected firm. You will handle complex matters, advise clients, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

You will collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and argue in court. The role emphasizes strong communication and negotiation skills and offers opportunities

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active New Jersey state bar membership.
8–10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills including depositions and motions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases.
Draft legal documents and motions, attend depositions, argue motions, and manage client communications.
Represent clients in court hearings, trials and other proceedings with opportunities for first and second-seat trials.
Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases while providing top-notch client service.
