This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is passionate about client service and contributing to the strategic growth of a successful law firm.

Position Overview

The Senior Associate Attorney will play a key role in defending complex civil matters, representing clients in state and federal courts, and supporting the firm's continued growth throughout South Carolina. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and collaborative team member with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
• Provide effective legal counsel in the defense of civil disputes in South Carolina
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysisDevelop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client goals
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Contribute to the growth of the firm and expansion of its presence throughout South Carolina

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar
• Admission to the Federal District Court of South Carolina (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of civil defense experience with a demonstrated track record defending civil matters
• Excellent analytical, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration abilities
