Shegerian & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Employment Attorney to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.

You will draft motions, handle depositions, and appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations, driving outcomes with seasoned advocacy. The ideal candidate has California Bar membership, 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation, and strong research and writing skills to shape strategy and win cases.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Deposition experience required; trial experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.

We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of your cases
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions (required)
• Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations
• Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys, passing on what it takes to win

What We’re Looking For
