Aldridge Pite, LLP seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to join its California Foreclosure Trustee Litigation Department, handling defensive litigation for foreclosure trustees. The role emphasizes managing cases from inception to completion and advising clients on litigation strategy.

The successful candidate will have a California Bar license, 5–10 years of relevant litigation experience, and strong written and verbal communication.

Purpose:

The Senior Associate Attorney will work in our firm’s California Foreclosure Trustee Litigation Department, and will primarily manage defensive litigation work related to foreclosure trustees.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
• Handle discovery
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person
• Other duties and special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
