Job summary

Absolute Law Group seeks an experienced elder law attorney in Florida who values expertise and compassionate client service. You will manage your own caseload from first consultation through completion while helping families plan for the future with confidence and care.

You will guide clients through estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianship, probate, and business planning, and draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of elder law and estate planning experience (7+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage your own elder law caseload, from first consultation through completion.
• Guide clients and their families through estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianship, probate, and business planning.
• Draft and oversee execution of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Advise clients on the tax implications of their planning.
• Lead and support our paralegal team.
• Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and our local community.
