Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen, LLP, a growing litigation firm in Frisco, Texas, is seeking an associate or counsel with 4–10 years of experience in litigation. The new hire will manage arbitration processes from intake to final hearing and should possess strong writing and analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cases and work closely with partners. Competitive compensation is provided, commensurate with experience and skills.

We are represent major hospital systems in commercial disputes, reimbursement disputes, and arbitration matters. We are hiring anassociate and/or counsel to support our healthcare arbitration and litigation matters.

Role Description
