Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or related field.
• Minimum 15 years' industry experience in A/E/C sector.
• Registered Architect in Colorado.
• Experience in construction administration, owner’s representation or project management.
• Proficient with Revit/AutoCAD/Bluebeam/PlanGrid and building codes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical team member and project lead.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, consultants and site contacts.
• Own understanding of project scope, technical accuracy, risk and client requirements.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, contracts and budgets.
• Perform building evaluations, construction monitoring and administration.
• Prepare formal, detailed reports of findings.
• Build relationships and develop business.
• Travel locally and regionally as needed (25–50%).
