- Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00 / Hour (USD)
- Work Authorization: USC, OPT-EAD, and GC
Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets:
- Analytical testing experience: CE, HPLC, ELISA
- Proficient in Empower
- Team player
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Running analytical assays including Capillary Electrophoresis and/or Chromatography, documentation in an electronic lab notebook system, following standard operating procedures, working in a team.

Job Summary
As the candidate for this largely laboratory-based position, you will drive cutting-edge analytical support and technology development that impacts process and product development teams. You will work cross-functionally and across Process Development sites, using analytical science to drive efficient development and a scalable understanding of processes and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Run analytical assays including Capillary Electrophoresis and/or Chromatography
- Perform documentation in an electronic lab notebook system
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Work in a team environment
Required Skills
- Analytical testing experience — CE, HPLC, ELISA
- Proficient in Empower
- Team player
Preferred Skills
- Strong theoretical understanding, research in, and hands-on experience in analysis and support of process development/scale up activities in GMP and non-GMP environments
- Experience with a broad array of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques; Empower experience preferred
- Demonstrate independence and ability to produce quality results under minimal direction
- Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks
- High-energy individual who can multi-task and handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities
- Complete training on assigned tasks
- Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures, which include but are not limited to the maintenance of training records, laboratory documentation, written procedures, building monitoring systems, and laboratory log books
Education Requirements
- Master's degree; OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience; OR Associate's degree and 4 years of experience; OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
- B.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline (minimum basic qualification)
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience performing analytical testing: Capillary Electrophoresis (preferred), Chromatography, or Immunoassay
