As a Senior Associate in our NAA Operations Centre of Excellence, you will be a role model who is showing the potential to grow into a subject matter expert, able to support others across the Centre of Excellence and a trusted advisor to the NAA/ A&A business.
In your role you will have the opportunity to work across multiple and varied analytical, reporting and administrative tasks.You will work with other team members to provide service excellence to the Audit and Assurance business helping to make sure we meet our regulatory requirements whilst adhering to the highest level of quality standards. You will develop a strong understanding of the fundamental requirements of a regulated or compliance-focused business as well as the key tools and principles of Audit and Assurance work.
In this role you may be involved in producing, analysing and updating reports, conducting research, maintaining data sources or responding to queries from colleagues within the Audit and Assurance business.You will deliver service excellence through the quality of your work, be good at prioritising tasks, able to spot potential risks. Experience of working in a regulated working environment prior to this one is preferable. You will be able to interpret numerical data and have experience of using Microsoft office programmes to a competent level, especially in Excel and Power BI.You will likely already be a proficient user of simple AI tools too.
Successful applicants should be self-motivated, adaptable, quick to learn and with strong interpersonal and communication skills in person and over email. As a senior Associate you will be a point of contact and support for junior Associates in your pod and in time become a subject matter expert in your field of work able to answer complex queries by the business or the wider team and taking responsibility for the quality of your own work and others in your team. You will have the opportunity to coach and mentor other team members to ensure your pod delivers what the business needs.
