Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Senior Associate in Accounting Advisory Services within Deal Advisory. You will provide technical guidance on U.S. GAAP and IFRS and support due diligence with transaction analysis and accounting implications.

Team collaboration and strong communication are essential as you serve as a technical resource for foreign filings in the U.S. and foreign acquisitions, researching complex accounting structures to deliver timely, reliable advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligibility or certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and FASB pronouncements.
• Experience with FASB or GASB standards (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to research complex accounting issues and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
