Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate in Accounting Advisory Services within our Deal Advisory practice. The role provides technical accounting guidance and support on U.S. GAAP and IFRS issues.

You will assist with due diligence, document accounting implications, and serve as a technical resource for foreign filings in the U.S. and acquisitions, researching complex structures and accounting literature in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Ability to research and interpret complex accounting literature.
• FASB/GASB experience and knowledge of SEC regulations.

Qualifications And Skills

• At least one year of experience with FASB or GASB standards.


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA eligibility; CPA or equivalent preferred.


• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and FASB pronouncements.


• Ability to research and interpret complex accounting structures and literature.


• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
