Qualifications

Role Overview: This position is for a Director in Accounting Advisory Services within the Deal Advisory practice, focusing on managing large-scale accounting projects and providing expert support to clients.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead accounting advisory engagements, assist with SEC filings for various transactions, support conversions to US GAAP or IFRS, and provide transaction-related accounting guidance for M&A, divestitures, and financial restructurings. Collaborate with valuation teams on valuation event reporting and build long-term client relationships.
• Qualifications & Skills: At least eight years of relevant experience in financial audit or corporate accounting, with a bachelor's degree and CPA or equivalent license. Must possess strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, bankruptcies, and business combinations. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and develop client relationships.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to travel and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills essential for client engagement and team management.
