KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Account Management to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with account leadership to support operational functions, develop and implement account processes, ensure compliance with client requirements, and focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.
  2. Manage account strategy, business development, reporting, compliance, operational excellence, team organization, collaboration, and communication.
  3. Partner with leadership to standardize processes, implement system enhancements, oversee junior resources, manage contractor programs, and coordinate inquiries.
  4. Utilize firm tools for reporting, manage pipeline and financial data, and build relationships with client vendors and procurement to optimize contracts. Supervise onshore and offshore team members.
  5. Understand and ensure compliance with MSA, SOW, and rate card requirements, facilitate responses to audits, and assist with risk management activities.
  6. Contribute to onboarding, collateral creation, and platform maintenance to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum five years of experience in financial/data analysis, project management, or business operations management.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  3. Experience with end-to-end account operations, collaboration platforms, CRM, and VMS is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; strong project management skills.
  5. Critical thinking, issue resolution, and process assessment capabilities.
  6. Effective time management, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  7. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
