The successful candidate will identify, evaluate, and win investments in early-stage companies across industrial technology themes.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a proprietary pipeline of Series A opportunities in industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, logistics automation, energy infrastructure, and adjacent sectors- Develop deep relationships with founders, angels, accelerators, and co-investors across the real-economy startup ecosystem- Build relationships with leading industrial and technology companies to identify emerging categories and potential breakout founders- Represent Isogon at industry conferences, technical forums, and ecosystem events- Develop and refine investment theses around technology and industry shifts creating new company formation opportunities- Lead commercial and technical due diligence including market sizing, competitive analysis, customer reference calls, and risk assessment- Evaluate founding teams, business models, valuation, ownership, risk/reward, and portfolio construction fit- Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the partnership- Support portfolio founders in accessing Isogon's network of industrial companies for customer development and strategic relationshipsQualifications:3-8 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or operating roles at technology or industrial companies.
